Support the Reintroduction of Endangered Species with Unextinct

What can you do with this?
Endangered species are high on the list of priorities for conservationists and scientists. For one thing, keeping track of these animals is challenging due to their numbers being so small. That’s where Unextinct comes in: a new cryptocurrency that uses blockchain technology to help keep tabs on animal populations. The idea behind it is simple; as long as we use tokens from endangered species, there will always be enough currency circulating in order to fund research into how best protect them.,
Foxes have been hunted almost out of existence by humans which has led many people across Europe and North America asking what can be done about this unfairness…

The “how can we help red wolves from going extinct” is a question that has been asked for years. The Unextinct will be the first to support the reintroduction of endangered species and their habitats.

Ornithologists thought they had seen the Spix Macaw frolicking in the wild for the last time in the year 2000. These gorgeous bird animals will once again take flight in Caatinga, Brazil, thanks to a little non-fungible magic and a project dubbed ‘Unextinct.’

This historic event will be the first time an animal that has been declared extinct in the wild returns to its natural environment. As a result, turning back the hands of time and reviving the species for future generations is possible.

To commemorate this great feat, ‘Unextinct’ will release an exquisite collection of Spix Macaw NFTs, each of which will premiere on Nifty Gateway at 18:30 ET on June 11 in a three-tiered drop with prices beginning at $199. Tim Flach, a wildlife photography extraordinaire, has created all of the NFTs.

I’ll be releasing a series of NFTs on Nifty Gateway on June 11th to promote the first restoration of a bird species that has gone extinct in the wild. Spix’s Macaws will be returning to Brazil for the first time. @atlaslabs_ @actparrots @ParrotProtect @niftygateway pic.twitter.com/GH1w1HJGPk

Each item comes with a slew of perks, including an NFT airdropped movie documenting the release, a tree planted on the owner’s behalf, and access to a secret Discord channel. Higher levels of NFTs will also come with tangible prints, preferential access to future drops, and a lunch with Tim Flach himself.

“This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity: the remarkable reintroduction of the Spix’s macaw into the wild, where it has been extinct for a generation!” This umbrella species is encouraging the rebuilding of its native environment and the region’s biodiversity. I’m honored to be a part of and capturing this historic occasion.” Tim Flach is a photographer who specializes in wildlife.

The whole initiative is made possible by the Association for the Conservation of Threatened Parrots (ACTP), whose 22-year efforts will result in the Spix Macaw’s continued repopulation of its native habitat. Meanwhile, Atlas Labs is responsible for all of the blockchain and non-fungible magic.
